Samantha lives in New Hampton, Iowa, where she runs her art business out of her cozy home studio — a space filled with light, color, and creative energy. She graduated from Luther College in 2019 with degrees in Art and Business Management. While her studies originally centered on digital media, she discovered her passion for painting during her final semesters. That digital background still shines through today in her vibrant, radiant, and boldly graphic art style.

For Samantha, art is about radiance — celebrating light, energy, and emotion in all their forms. Her mission is to create luminous works that inspire others to live with passion and purpose. Each painting is a reflection of her belief that beauty and wonder are everywhere if we choose to see them.

Fun things about Samantha

Samantha’s radiant personality extends beyond her studio. A lifelong animal lover, she shares her home with three dogs and one sphynx cat — a lively crew that keeps her days full of joy and laughter. She grew up on a dairy farm surrounded by Brown Swiss cows, an experience that deeply shaped her love of animals and her appreciation for hard work. Ironically, she’s lactose intolerant — a twist she approaches with good humor and grace.

As a child, Samantha dreamed of becoming a large animal vet, but her path eventually led her to nurture life through creativity instead of medicine.
