At Samantha Kay Art, each artwork is handled with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. Every piece is packaged with professional-grade materials and shipped from our studio in New Hampton, Iowa.


Processing Time

  • Original Artwork: Please allow 3 Weeks for careful packaging and preparation before shipment.
  • Prints and Merchandise: Typically ship within 7-9 business days.
  • You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
  • Domestic (U.S.) orders ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail.
  • International shipping is available; delivery times and costs vary by region.
  • Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international orders.

Packaging

Each artwork is wrapped and cushioned with protective materials:

  • Original paintings ship flat or rolled (depending on size and medium) in sturdy, custom boxes or tubes.
  • Fine art prints are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in mailing tubes or flat mailers. 
  • All packages are insured for the full value of the artwork.

Delivery Issues or Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and artwork. We’ll work with you to file a claim and resolve the issue quickly.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fine art, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — customer satisfaction and care are always our priority.
