What is the Radiance Club?

The Radiance Club is a monthly snail-mail membership that delivers joy, inspiration, and art straight to your doorstep. Each month, you’ll receive a curated selection of prints, stickers, and small surprises — little sparks of color and light to brighten your day. Every delivery is a gentle reminder to pause, breathe, and celebrate the small moments.


Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! Radiance Club subscriptions make magical gifts: 3, 6, or 12 months of monthly surprises delivered straight to the lucky recipient.
💌 Add their birthday month, a personalized note, and at checkout, enter their shipping address — we’ll send your gift with love.


When will I receive my magic in the mail?

Shipments go out once a month.

💳 Radiance Club Tiers: Payment for a given month’s Radiance Club (e.g., November) corresponds to the following month’s mailing (e.g., December).

📬 Archive Prints: Each archive print is sent at the end of the month, arriving separately from the regular monthly mailing — so you may receive multiple envelopes, each a little bundle of light. Orders placed after the 20th of the month will travel with the following month’s mailing, ensuring every piece arrives as a perfect moment of Radiance.


Is there tracking?

No — all Radiance Club mailings use regular stamps and traditional mail. Each envelope is sent with care, but tracking is not available. Part of the magic is receiving a surprise in your mailbox!


Extra Birthday Gift 🎉

During your birthday month, members receive a special gift equivalent to the Radiant Tier products — an extra bundle of art and delight to celebrate your special month.


What if my package doesn’t arrive?

Occasionally, mail may be delayed or lost. If your package doesn’t arrive within 2–3 weeks (international customers, 3–4 weeks) of the expected mailing date, please reach out to art.samanthakay@gmail.com. I’ll work with you to make it right, whether that’s sending a replacement or finding another way to share your Radiance Club treasures.


What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact art.samanthakay@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’ll happily send a replacement or help resolve the issue so you can enjoy your art safely.


Can I skip a month?

Yes! If you need to pause, you can skip a month anytime from your account. Skipped months don’t count toward your subscription length — no stress, just radiance on your own schedule.


How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your account. Your membership will continue until the end of your current billing cycle, after which no further charges will occur.


What if there’s a payment issue?

If there’s a problem processing your payment, your subscription will pause until it’s resolved. You’ll receive an email with instructions to update your payment method so your magic can continue uninterrupted.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Radiance Club spreads its light across the globe. International shipping times and fees may vary.


Are items limited edition?

Some prints and stickers are exclusive to the club, while others may appear in the shop. Each month’s delivery is curated to feel like a special, ephemeral ritual — a moment meant just for you.


Can I update my shipping address?

Yes! Keep your account updated to ensure your monthly delivery of light reaches the right place.
